The Alberta Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Collaboration: Piloting the Alberta Neuroscience Collaborative

Edmonton, 10 March 2016 - The Alberta MS Collaboration was announced at the Kaye Edmonton Clinic before an audience of distinguished guests, including: Dr. V. Wee Yong, Alberta MS Network Director; Dr. Fabrizio Giuliani, Medical Director, MS Clinic, Kaye Edmonton Clinic; Dr. Samuel Weiss, Chair of the Steering Committee, Campus Alberta Neuroscience; Dr. Peter Brenders, GM sanofi-genyne and the Associate Minister of Health Brandy Payne. The pilot project was established to boost the province’s capacity for MS research and translation, and to provide a focused approach of the research for the benefit of Albertans.
This investment is being made by the Government of Alberta, in partnership with Campus Alberta Neuroscience, the Alberta MS Network and Sanofi Genzyme Canada.
