SPARK 2017 takes place November 6-8 in Edmonton at the Shaw Conference Centre. Connect with idea generators in industry and academia, investors, purchasers, experts and innovation advisors who can help you advance your clean technology and bioindustrial solutions toward commercialization. Who should submit an abstract?
We encourage submissions from academia (both students and faculty), companies of all sizes, associations, communities, research organizations and government. We also want to hear from individuals who are advancing innovative products and technologies, leading demonstration projects, undertaking case studies and/or policy or regulation studies.
What should be submitted?
Submissions may include early research to full commercialization projects, case studies and demonstrations, or policy and regulation research.
Please consider the following conference themes when preparing your submission(s). Your presentation does not need to fall under one specific theme; we welcome submissions from different perspectives.
- Theme 1: Bioindustrial Development and Biological GHG Emissions
- Theme 2: Industrial Processes and Energy Efficiency
- Theme 3: Reducing GHG Footprint from Fossil Fuels
- Theme 4: Low-emitting Electricity Supply
