About Pat
Pat received his B.Sc. in chemistry in 1993. After a brief stint crushing empty bottles in a warehouse, he worked in an environmental lab, Dionex Canada, Hewlett-Packard Canada, and Agilent Technologies. He started his own instrument service business Platinum Chromatograpy Inc, which he eventually merged into K'(Prime) Technologies Inc., under President Kham Lin. He retired in 2014 from K'(Prime) Technologies as the Vice President, Operations where he looked after the service group. He has over 20 years of experience with laboratory instrumentation qualification, installation, repair, maintenance and training on GC, GC/MS, LC, LC/MS, CE, IC and other laboratory instrumentation. Currently Pat does consulting through Fonebone Services Inc. , and hopes to be a blacksmith when he grows up.
