More About BioNeutra North America Inc.
BioNeutra North America Inc. is a private company founded in 2003 to move science-based processes into the commercial product marketplace. From its Edmonton, Alberta (Canada) head office and manufacturing base, BioNeutra focuses on providing consistent, quality ingredients for formulators and manufacturers.
BioNeutra's corporate activities are in research and development, production and commercialization of food ingredients for nutraceutical, functional and mainstream foods, with our focus being on oligosaccharides.
The process developed by BioNeutra's technology naturally transforms starch molecules from local agriculture cereal crops (such as corn, wheat, barley, potato, and tapioca) into the functional health molecules of isomalto-oligosaccharide (IMO). The resulting product, VitaFiber™, provides dietary fiber, prebiotic function and is a low caloric nutritive sweetener.
Currently BioNeutra holds patents for North America and is in application in Europe and Australia.
