A number of biotech firms pushing forward with development even though companies struggle with financing, as the global economy recovers.  But there is life in the sector, and there are additional challenges for companies that want to start - and stay - in Alberta, Phil Coggins, CEO of Parvus Therapeutics, told those assembled for an Innovate Calgary speakers series.
