Isotechnika Pharma Inc. announced changes in its executive offices and board, after its second-largest shareholder - ILJIN Life Science Co. - indicated it may increase its stake in the Edmonton-based life science company.  Mr. Daniel Park resigns as CBO but remains as a Director of Isotechnika; Dr. Robert Foster remains as Founder and CEO, and a Director of Isotechnika, however, he will relinquish his position as Chair of the Board to Dr. Peter Wijngaard.
